Our place is out in the M.I.D.C. Industrial Area on Hingna Road. If you know the area, you know it is mostly factories and trucks moving around all day. We are at W-68(B). It is a busy part of town and there is always some noise from the neighbors or the road. We do control systems and linkage parts. The workshop floor is where everything happens. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, especially during the summer months, but we are used to it by now. We have been at this location for quite a while. Most of the people working here have been with us for years. We eat lunch together and talk about the machines or whatever is going on in the news. It is an industrial life, plain and simple. We don't spend much on decorating the office because the real work is in the back with the tools and the metal. When deliveries come in, the whole place gets even more crowded. Hingna Road is always moving, and we just keep pace with it. You won't find any polished marble floors here. Just concrete and the smell of grease and metal. It is a practical space for practical work. We just show up, do the shifts, and make sure the orders are ready when they need to be. Sometimes things go wrong, and we just have to stay late and fix them.
