Our place is located at 101 Sant Gajanan Nagar in Nagpur. Even though we are a subsidiary of Tata Motors, the office here feels very much like a local Nagpur operation. It’s a straightforward setup in a residential part of the city. We have been here at this address for some time now. Nagpur can get incredibly hot, so we spend a lot of time making sure the office stays cool enough to work in. Tal Manufacturing Soln. is where we handle a lot of the manufacturing side of things. It’s not a showroom; it’s more of a place where the actual planning and coordination happen. We have a few desks, some computers, and a lot of files. The people who work here are mostly locals who know the area well. We don’t have a big flashy entrance. You just find the door at 101 and that’s us. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure everything moves along the way it’s supposed to. Sometimes we have tea breaks and talk about the local news or the weather. It’s a relaxed but busy atmosphere. We don’t really do the whole corporate polish thing here. We just show up, do the work, and make sure we meet the requirements for the day. There is a small garden area nearby where some of us go for lunch. It’s just a normal job in a normal neighborhood. We try to keep things simple and get the orders out on time.
