Castwel Industries

Castwel Industries is located at C- 18/6 in the MIDC Industrial Area. Working in a casting unit means dealing with a lot of heat and sand. It’s a tough environment, especially during the summer months when the furnaces are roaring. We spend our time preparing molds and pouring molten metal, which is a process that requires a lot of patience and care. The floor is always covered in a bit of dust, and the walls have turned a bit dark from the smoke over the years. It’s a place where we work with our hands and stay on our feet for most of the shift. We don’t have fancy brochures or a high-tech website. Our reputation is mostly built on the fact that we’ve been in this MIDC spot for a long time. When things go right, we have a good batch of castings ready for our customers. When something goes wrong, we just stay late and fix it. It’s a simple way of living. We know the other shop owners around here, and we often help each other out with tools or advice. It’s a community of makers. The work is dirty and exhausting, but it feels good to see a finished product come out of the mold after all that heat and effort. We just keep our heads down, do the work, and hope for a smooth pour.
