You can find us at C-48 in the MIDC Industrial Estate. Premier Spares Pvt. Ltd. is mostly just a lot of shelves filled with metal parts and boxes. It’s a bit of a maze inside, but if you work here long enough, you memorize where everything is kept. We spend a lot of our time checking part numbers and making sure the right pieces go to the right people. The air always has a bit of a metallic smell to it, which is something you just get used to. We aren't a high-tech corporate office with glass walls; we’re a working warehouse in an industrial zone. Most of our day is spent unloading crates or packing up boxes for shipping. It’s physically demanding work, and we all go home pretty tired at the end of the shift. We don't have a lot of visitors, mostly just delivery drivers and the occasional customer who wants to pick something up in person. The MIDC area is a busy place, and there’s always someone working on something nearby. We keep our heads down and focus on our own tasks. Sometimes we get orders that are hard to fill because the parts are rare, but we do what we can to track them down. It’s a steady job and we’ve built up a decent rhythm over the years. We just try to stay organized and keep the parts moving out the door.
