If you look for us at Plot No. F-27/1 in the M.I.D.C area on Hingna Road, you will find a busy shop floor. It is a bit different from the other plots around here because we have been trying to keep things organized lately. The metal roofing makes it quite loud when it rains, and it gets really warm in the summer months. We don’t have fancy cooling systems, just some big fans that move the air around. Most of us have been working here since the start, so we know every corner of this place. The commute for most of the staff is just a short bus ride or a bike trip. We keep our tools sorted on the racks, though by the end of the week, things usually get a bit messy again. We deal with whatever comes our way, whether it is a rush order or just routine maintenance on the equipment. There is no big marketing team here. It is just a handful of people in the office handling the phone calls and a lot of people in the back doing the heavy lifting. We usually eat lunch together in the small area we cleared out near the back door. It is simple and it works for us. We just focus on getting through the daily tasks without making a big fuss about things.
