We have been here at Plot F-27/2 on Hingna Road for a while now. It’s right near the ST Workshop, so there is always a lot of movement around. The MIDC area is pretty noisy during the day with all the trucks coming and going. Sometimes the dust gets a bit much, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We spend most of our time out on the floor managing the machines and making sure things are running okay. It isn’t a fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that. We have some desks tucked away in the corner for the paperwork, but the real work happens where the noise is. Our team is mostly local guys who have been with us for years. We know the neighbors around here well, and we often end up helping each other out when a machine breaks down or we need a specific tool. It’s a practical setup. We don’t spend money on expensive signs or decorations because that doesn’t really help get the job done. In the afternoons, when it gets really hot, we usually take a break for tea. Someone usually goes out to the stall down the road. It’s just a normal workplace where we show up, do what needs doing, and head home when the sun goes down. Nothing more to it than that, really.
