Bindhyagiri Crop-Rising Producer Company Limited

Our place is located at Plot No 2329/4044 in Lephripara. Specifically Khata No 235/690. It’s right in the middle of the village and post office area of Lephripara Tahasil. Bindhyagiri Crop-Rising Producer Company Limited is the name we put on the paperwork. We are a producer company, so it’s really just a bunch of local folks working on the land. The office is small. It’s mostly used for keeping the accounts and meeting up when there is a problem with the crops. We don't have a secretary or anything fancy. Someone just happens to be there when you stop by. Lephripara is a quiet place most of the year. We focus on rising crops, just like the name says. We deal with whatever the season brings. Sometimes the soil is good, sometimes it isn't. We talk about it over tea. The address looks complicated on paper with all those numbers, but locally it’s just the spot near the Tahasil office. We’ve lived here our whole lives. We started this because we needed a way to organize the farmers better. It isn't a polished business. There are stacks of bags and old tools in the corner. We just do the work that needs doing. It’s a practical way to live. No one wears a suit here. We just wear our regular clothes and get to it. It is what it is.
