Rinchitho Farmer Producer Company Limited

We've been working out of House No. 32 on the Diphu Manja Road for a bit now. It's right in Villrongtheang Gaon, just near the Po Manja area. As a farmer producer company, Rinchitho is mostly about the folks around here who grow things. We aren't some big city operation. It gets busy during the harvest months and sometimes the office is a bit messy with paperwork, but that's just how it goes when you're dealing with local crops. Most days you'll find a few of us sitting around talking about the weather or how the soil is looking this season. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anything. If you come by the village, just look for the sign near the road. It's a quiet spot, though the trucks passing by to Manja can make a bit of noise in the mornings. We just try to get the work done and help the local farmers get their stuff out there. It's not always easy, especially when the rains are heavy and the roads get muddy. But we've stayed here because this is where the farms are. We handle the sorting and the bags and whatever else needs doing to keep things moving. It's practical work. Nothing too complicated, just a bunch of people from the village trying to make a living off the land together. We like it that way.
