You can find us over at Plot No. 230 in Saruchala. We are Barchala Agri And Horti Producer Companylimited. Our post office is Akarabori and we fall under the Moirabari police station in Morigaon. This is a very rural area and most of us are farmers who have been working the land for as long as we can remember. We decided to put this company together so we could handle our agriculture and horticulture crops as a group. It’s a lot of work being out in the fields, especially with the sun being so hot in the summer and the heavy rains we get. We grow all sorts of things, mostly whatever is in season and what the soil here allows. Our office is just a simple building on the plot. It’s not very big, just enough for us to meet and talk about the prices or the seeds we need to buy. We don't have any fancy equipment or a polished front office. There’s usually some dirt on the floor and some sacks of produce waiting to be moved. We are just a local bunch of growers trying to make the most of what we have. Most people in the village know where we are. We don't spend much on advertising because everyone around here already knows the work we do. It’s just about farming and making sure we can sell what we grow for a decent price. That is our daily life here in Morigaon.
