If you go down NCB Road toward Ward Number 1 in Dhing, you’ll find where we operate. We are right in the heart of the Nagaon district and it stays pretty busy around here. The town of Dhing has its own pace and we fit right into it. A bunch of us who farm the nearby lands decided to join up and form this producer company. We spend a lot of time in the office on NCB Road but our hearts are really out in the dirt. Nagaon is known for being a good place for agriculture and we try to make the most of that. We handle a lot of the back-and-forth that comes with selling what we grow. It is a lot of paperwork which none of us really likes, but it’s necessary to keep things legal and organized. The heat in the summer can be quite something, and we often find ourselves sitting under the fans talking about the next planting cycle. We are just regular people from the neighborhood who know a thing or two about crops. It’s a practical way to run things and it keeps us connected to the other farmers in the area. We aren’t doing anything fancy, just moving produce and making sure everyone gets their fair share at the end of the day. It’s a lot of long hours but seeing the trucks loaded up makes it worth the effort.
