So, we are over here in West Jagadanandapur doing our thing with software. It's not a huge fancy setup or anything, just a bunch of us working on computers most of the day. The office is pretty quiet usually, except when we’re all trying to figure out why some piece of code isn’t doing what it’s supposed to do. We started P N Software Pvt. Ltd. because we liked the work, and staying local seemed like the right move for us. There’s a lot of tea drinking involved, honestly. We spend a good chunk of our mornings just getting through emails and then settling into whatever project is on the desk. West Jagadanandapur is a decent place to be based. It’s not in the middle of a big city rush, which helps us focus. We have a few desks, some decent monitors, and a coffee machine that works most of the time. People sometimes ask what exactly we do all day, and it's mostly just building things on screens and making sure they keep running for the folks who use them. It isn’t always glamorous, and some days are definitely slower than others when the internet acts up or we get stuck on a tricky problem. We just show up, do the work, and head home. That’s pretty much the whole story of how we run things here in our little corner of the world.
