Studio Sk Computer

Studio Sk Computer is out in Narayan Pur, right across from the Anganwadi in Shantiniketan. It’s a different pace of life out here compared to the big city. We are near the Amaya Pur post office, so it’s easy enough for people in the village to find us. The shop is a simple room where we have a few computers set up. It’s usually pretty quiet, except for the sounds of the neighborhood and maybe some kids playing near the Anganwadi. We handle a bit of everything, from helping people with their paperwork to showing them how to use a mouse. The dust can be a problem sometimes, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the screens and the keyboards. It’s not a fancy studio, despite the name. It’s just a place where people can come when they need to get something done on a computer. In the evenings, the light hits the front of the shop in a nice way. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just have to wait it out while we chat with whoever stopped by. It’s a very local way of doing things, and we like being part of the Shantiniketan community in this way.
