Pradipsarkar

Pradipsarkar is based at No. 3 Durganagar in the town of Chakdaha, which is in the Nadia district. The pincode here is 741222. It’s a small, quiet spot compared to the big cities, and we like it that way. Our office is essentially a room in a house that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s got a bit of a homemade feel to it, with shelves we put up ourselves and wires running along the baseboards. It’s not perfect, but it works for us. Nadia has a very traditional feel, and we try to keep that same honest approach in everything we do. We don’t have a big marketing budget or any fancy brochures. Most people find out about us just by asking around the neighborhood or seeing our sign. The light in the office is a bit dim in the afternoons, so we usually have a desk lamp on. We drink a lot of tea while we work and talk about local news. It’s a very grounded way to live and work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our work well and stay part of the Chakdaha community. The house is old but solid, and it’s seen us through many busy seasons. We just keep our heads down and stay focused on the daily routine here in Durganagar.
