Biswjit Talukdar

I've been here in Dhubulia for a good while now, specifically in Notun Bazar. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is out getting their things. My name is Biswjit Talukdar, and I mostly just handle the day-to-day operations here. It isn't anything fancy or big like the shops you see in the city. Mostly, I'm just sitting here, making sure things move along and the space stays sorted. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get things done, especially when the rain hits the Postp.S. area really hard. You know how it is in our village. People come by, we talk for a bit, and they go about their business. I don't spend much time on the computer or writing things down unless I have to. The shop has its own rhythm. I usually get here early, unlock the shutters, and start checking what needs to be done. There is always a bit of dust to clean and some shelves that need straightening up. It’s just me and the occasional help when things get a bit too much for one person. I’ve lived in this part of Dhubulia my whole life, so most faces are familiar. It feels right being here in Notun Bazar. It's just a regular life, really. Nothing too exciting happens, but we keep busy enough. The days go by pretty fast when there is work to do and people to see. It is just me doing my thing.
