It’s a bit away from the big city noise, which we actually prefer. We work on ERP solutions, which is mostly just making software that helps other businesses keep track of their stuff. It’s a lot of coding and looking at databases. The office is in a regular building, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s just us and our computers. We started this because we knew how to build these systems and wanted to do it our own way. Ranaghat is a decent place to be situated. We have our regulars who use our software and we help them out when they get stuck. We don’t have a big sales team out there knocking on doors. People usually hear about us from someone else who uses our stuff. It’s a slow and steady way of doing things. We take our breaks together and talk about regular things, not just work. The pace of life in Nadia is a bit slower than Kolkata, and that suits our style. We just aim to provide a solid piece of software that does what it’s supposed to do. No more, no less.
