We operate out of Madhuvanahalli in the 1st Ward of K R Nagar. Being in the Mysore area, we are surrounded by people who have farmed this land for generations. Bhathada Kanaja is basically a collection of us locals coming together. We don't have a fancy office building; it's more of a community space where we gather to talk about the rice crops and the irrigation issues we face. K R Nagar is a place where everyone knows everyone, so news travels fast. We started this because it was getting harder to handle the sales and supplies as individuals. Now, we just share the burden. Sometimes the office is messy with old sacks and ledgers, but it’s a working space, not a showroom. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big talk. We just want to make sure the farmers in our ward get a fair shake. The 571603 area is our home, and we take pride in the work we do in the fields. We don't have a website with moving pictures or anything. If you want to talk to us, you usually just have to find one of us in the village or stop by the ward office. It’s a slow pace of life here, tied to the seasons and the weather. We do our best with what we have and keep moving forward together. There is no corporate manual for what we do, just experience and some common sense.
