B.Tunga Farms Llp is situated at house number 47 in Bettada Tunga. This is in the Bettadapura Hobli, which falls under the Piriyapatna Taluk in the Mysuru District. We are quite far out from the main Mysuru city, which is exactly where you want to be when you are running a farm business. The air is different out here, and the pace of life is a lot slower than what you find in the towns. We focus on the land and what it can produce. Our address is basically the farm itself. We have our small office space where we handle the accounts and the logistics of moving our produce. Being in Piriyapatna means we are surrounded by other farmers and people who understand the soil. We don't have a corporate office with air conditioning; we just have a roof over our heads and some fans for when it gets hot. Most of our day is spent outdoors anyway. We talk to the local workers and figure out what needs to be done for the season. It’s a simple partnership, and we like it that way. No big speeches or complicated plans, just planting and harvesting when the time is right. The road to Bettada Tunga can be a bit bumpy, but it’s home for us and our work. We just take it one crop at a time and hope the weather stays good.
