We are based out in Mysore, working mostly with agricultural things. Our building isn't much to look at from the outside, just a large space where we keep all the supplies and equipment that farmers might need. Inside, it smells like soil and grain and sometimes a bit like fertilizer. We spend a lot of our time talking to people about their crops and what they need for the next season. Mysore has a lot of history with farming, and we are glad to be a small part of that. The warehouse floor is concrete and often has some dust on it, no matter how much we sweep. We have a small office in the corner with a couple of old desks and a filing cabinet that sticks when you try to open the bottom drawer. It’s not a corporate headquarters; it’s just a place where work gets done. Most of our days are spent loading bags onto trucks or checking the inventory in the back. The weather in Mysore can be quite pleasant, so we often leave the big doors open to let the breeze through. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Word just gets around among the local growers that we have what they need in stock. It’s a straightforward business and we like keeping it that way without any extra fuss. We’ve been operating in the Mysore area long enough to know the local seasons well and what farmers here expect from us.
