Sree Annapoorna Pure Vegetarian Restaurant

Our restaurant, Sree Annapoorna Pure Vegetarian Restaurant, is located inside the Mysore Mayflower Hotel building on K R S Road. We are directly opposite Gsss Engineering College in the Metagalli area. Since the college is right there, we see a lot of students coming in for a quick bite between their classes. It’s a vegetarian-only place, and we try to keep things as traditional as possible. The mornings are usually our busiest time because of the breakfast rush. We start making the batter and the sambar while most of the city is still waking up. It’s a very practical space with simple seating. We don’t have a lot of extra space for decorations or anything fancy. The noise from K R S Road is pretty constant, but you get used to it after a while. We have a small crew in the kitchen and a couple of people out front to handle the tables. We don’t have a big corporate structure; it’s just a local restaurant doing its thing. Some of the families in Metagalli have been eating here for years. We don’t do any promotional events or big sales. We just open the doors every morning and start cooking. It’s honest work and we try to keep the food consistent so people know what they are getting. It’s a decent spot for a meal if you are in the neighborhood.
