Ritz Bar And Restaurant is tucked away in the Regency Theater Building on Lokaranjan Mahal Road. We are in the Nazarbad area of Mysore, which is quite close to the Mysore Zoo. Because of where we are, we get a lot of different people coming through our doors. We have been part of this building for a long time now. It’s a bar and a restaurant, so things can get a bit loud and lively, especially on weekend evenings. We don’t have a fancy corporate office or a polished way of speaking. We are just local people who run a place where you can get a drink and a decent meal. The building itself has some age to it, and we like that it feels lived-in. We spend our time cleaning up after the night before and getting things ready for the lunch crowd. It’s a lot of work to keep the kitchen running and the bar stocked up. We don't use any marketing tricks to get people in. Most of our customers are regulars who have been coming here for years, or tourists who are tired after spending the day at the zoo. We just aim to be a reliable spot in Nazarbad. There’s no big mission here. We just show up, do the work, and make sure the place is open when we say it will be. It’s honest and straightforward for everyone.
