You can find us at No.2202 on Kannada Parishath Road. We are tucked away right behind the Vijayanagar Water Tank, which is usually how people find us if they get lost. Mysore is a beautiful city, and being in Vijayanagar is great because it’s a lively neighborhood. Oyster Bay isn't a very large place, but we have enough room for families and groups of friends. We mostly focus on the food and making sure the kitchen is running smoothly. The water tank is a big landmark, so we just tell everyone to look for that. We have been serving the people here for a while. Our tables are simple, and the atmosphere is pretty laid back. We don't go for anything too flashy. The staff is mostly local guys who know the area well. It gets busy during dinner time, and sometimes there's a bit of a wait, but we try to move things along. We don't use a lot of complicated ingredients, just what works for the dishes we've been making since we opened. It’s a plain place where you can eat and talk without a lot of distractions. We keep the doors open and the fans going. It’s just a regular part of the Vijayanagar community. We like it that way. No big fuss, just a place to get something to eat near the water tank. Sometimes the local kids play outside, and it adds a bit of life to the street while we work in the kitchen.
