Hotel Bypass Restaurant

We are located at No. 125 on the Hinkal Ring Road in the Bogadi area of Mysore. It’s a spot that’s easy to get to if you are driving around the edge of the city. Being on the ring road means we get a lot of people who are just passing through and don't want to go into the middle of Mysore traffic. The restaurant keeps us pretty busy most of the time. We serve the usual stuff you’d expect at a place like this. The building itself is straightforward, nothing too fancy to look at. We spend a lot of our time in the kitchen or out front talking to people who stop for a meal. It can get a bit dusty with all the vehicles going by on the bypass, but that's just part of being in this location. We don't have a big corporate office or anything, it’s just us here working. We try to make sure the food is ready when people are hungry and that the place is clean enough. It's a practical business for a busy road. People recognize the name Hotel Bypass Bogadi because we’ve been here a while now. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in Mysore, just a reliable stop for people on the move. Most of our days are spent managing the supplies and making sure the staff is doing their jobs. It’s simple work that we do every day without much fuss to keep the doors open.
