You’ll find us at number 152 on Nelson Mandela Road, right in the Banni Mantap area of Mysore. We are situated just behind the Nalapad Hotel, so we’re a bit tucked away from the main road noise. It’s a fairly straightforward place. We’ve been serving Chinese food here for quite some time now. The restaurant isn’t very large, and the setup is pretty old-school. We have regular tables and chairs, and we don't bother with much decoration. The focus is really just on what's coming out of the kitchen. Our cooks have been with us for years and they know exactly how to handle the woks. On some nights, the place gets quite full with families from the neighborhood, and it can get a bit loud. We don't have a fancy waiting area, so people sometimes just stand near the door. The lighting is a bit bright, maybe, but it helps everyone see what they're eating. We source our vegetables from the local market nearby every day. It’s a lot of manual work, from cleaning the floors to taking the orders. We don't use any fancy computer systems for the bills, just the old-fashioned way. Sometimes we might be a bit short-handed if someone calls in sick, but we try to keep the service moving. It's just a simple, local eatery where you can get a hot meal without any pretense. We just keep working until we close the shutters at night.
