Elements Bistro

Elements Bistro is situated at No.18 on Temple Road in Jayalakshmipuram, Mysore. If you know the area, we are located right above Kafe Biryani. It’s a nice spot on a street that has a lot of character and old trees. We’ve been here for a while now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood grow and change quite a bit around us. Being on the 570012 side of town means we get a mix of students, local families, and people just passing through on their way somewhere else. Our place is a bit of a climb since we’re on the upper floor, but it gives a nice view of Temple Road from the windows. We don't have a massive menu or any of those fancy gimmicks you see in the bigger cities. We just serve what we like to eat ourselves and hope others like it too. The kitchen is small but we make it work through the lunch and dinner rushes. Most of the time, you’ll find one of us behind the counter or checking on the tables. It’s a bit of a humble setup, but we prefer it that way. We don't really do the whole corporate thing; it’s just a few of us trying to run a decent bistro for the neighborhood. Sometimes it gets a little loud when the downstairs is busy, but that’s just part of being in a lively spot like Jayalakshmipuram. It's a simple life.
