Deepak Diamond Dies Industries (P) Ltd.

We have been here at C-33 in the Yadavagiri Industrial Estate for quite some time now. It’s an industrial area, so things get a bit loud and dusty during the day. Most of the time, we are busy in the workshop with the machines. Making diamond dies is what we do, and it takes a lot of attention to detail. We aren't a huge operation with fancy glass offices. It’s mostly just us at the benches, checking measurements and making sure the dies are right before they go out. Sometimes the power goes out or the machines act up, and we spend the afternoon fixing things. That is just how it is in this part of town. The staff here has been with us for years. We know each other's families and what everyone likes for lunch. We don't spend much time on the computer or writing fancy reports. Usually, if someone needs something, they just walk into the shed and talk to us. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, there are tools and metal shavings everywhere. It gets hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going. We've seen a lot of businesses come and go in Yadavagiri, but we just keep doing our work every morning. It isn't glamorous work, but it fills the day. We are just a local team trying to get the orders done right and keep the machines running.
