Swami Vivekanand Public School

Our school, Swami Vivekanand Public School, is right at the Siho Chawk. It’s situated on the Haripur Krishna Road in Muzaffarpur. If you are passing through Siho, you probably have seen our gate. It’s a busy spot with people moving around all day. We’ve been operating here for a while now, serving the families in this part of the district. The school building has several rooms and a bit of space for the kids to run around during their lunch break. We don't have a big fancy office. Most of the time, the principal is just sitting with the teachers planning out the next week's lessons. We teach the standard curriculum and try to make sure the students understand the basics. It gets hot during the summer months, but we have fans in all the rooms. The road outside can get a bit muddy when it rains heavily, but the kids still show up. We know most of the parents by their first names because they live just a few streets away. It’s a very local atmosphere here. We don’t have a big bus fleet or anything like that, most kids just walk or come on cycles. We keep things pretty straightforward. There are no big ceremonies every month, just the usual holidays and exam periods. It’s a place where work gets done and kids learn what they need for the future.
