Mother Teresa Preparatory School Sahbajpur

Mother Teresa Preparatory School is located right on the Purana Darbhanga Road in Hilsa, which is part of the Muzaffarpur district. Being in Sahbajpur Salem means we are right in the middle of where things happen around here. It is a preparatory school, so we deal with the really young ones who are just starting out. The school building isn't huge, but we have managed to fit everything in quite well. There is a lot of traffic on the main road, but once you step inside the gates, it gets a bit quieter. We spend our mornings checking that the small chairs are in place and that the kids have their lunches. Sometimes parents come in early to chat about how their children are doing, and we just talk in the hallway or the small room we use for meetings. It can get quite hot in Muzaffarpur during the summer months, so we try to keep the rooms as cool as possible. We do not have any big fancy decorations, just some drawings on the walls and the usual school stuff. The staff here lives mostly nearby, so we all know the local shortcuts and the shops around the Purana Darbhanga Road. It is a straightforward place where we just try to get the basic things right every single day for the families who live in Hilsa.
