St Vincent De Paul High School

You have to go down Lane 3 in Majhaulia to find us. St Vincent De Paul High School sits at number 234. It is a bit of a walk from the main road in Muzaffarpur, which is actually nice because it stays a little quieter for the students. We have been here for quite some time now. The building is a solid structure with a courtyard where the students gather in the morning for assembly. Since it is a high school, the kids are a bit older and the atmosphere is a bit more serious than a primary school. They have a lot of books to carry and they are always worrying about their upcoming tests. The classrooms are filled with those heavy wooden benches that have been around for years. We have a small library that stays pretty dusty despite our efforts to clean it. The teachers spend most of their time at the front of the room with a piece of chalk in hand. It is a simple life here. We follow the same schedule every day. When the final bell rings at the end of the day, there is a big rush for the gate as everyone heads home. The lane outside gets crowded with bicycles and kids walking in groups. It is just a normal, hardworking school in a quiet corner of town where we do our daily jobs. We focus on the lessons and keeping the place running smoothly.
