Enlighten Public School (E.P.S.) Residential

We started Enlighten Public School (E.P.S.) Residential here in Aurai quite a few years back. If you head down Maa Shitla Gali in Muzaffarpur, you will find us right there. It isn't a massive fancy building like you see in big cities, but it works for the kids here. Being a residential school means things never really stop. There is always someone around, whether it is a teacher finishing up some marking or students playing in the yard after the main classes are done. We have a lot of local kids from around Muzaffarpur staying with us. The rooms are simple. We try to keep the place clean, though with so many boys and girls running around, there is usually a bit of dust or a stray bag left in the hallway. It gets quite busy in the mornings when everyone is rushing for breakfast. Our staff lives close by, or right on the grounds, so we are all like a big, slightly loud family. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to deal with it like everyone else in the neighborhood does. We don't have a huge marketing team or anything like that. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or cousins. We just focus on getting through the syllabus and making sure the kids eat properly and sleep on time. It is a lot of work, but seeing the students grow up here makes it feel alright.
