Krishna Public School

Krishna Public School is over at Kalambag Chowk, specifically by Majhaulia Kothi in Muzaffarpur. This area is pretty well known, so people usually don’t have trouble finding us. The school is right in the middle of things. We have kids coming in from all over the Majhaulia area. It’s not a huge institution with hundreds of staff; we are a smaller, more tight-knit group. The classrooms are basic but they stay cool enough in the summer with the ceiling fans. We spend our days going through the syllabus and making sure the students are actually learning something. You won’t find any fancy brochures here with photoshopped pictures. What you see is what you get. The teachers are mostly local folks who have been here for years. They know the families and the kids. We have a small yard where the students gather for the morning prayer. It can get a bit noisy when classes let out because the Chowk is a busy place, but we are used to it by now. We focus on the standard subjects and try to prepare the children for what comes next. It’s an honest place where we work hard and don't make big promises we can't keep. We just offer a steady place for kids to come and get their education every day without any drama. It is a simple place, and we are proud of the work we do here.
