You can find us at Zivia Pharmacy Private Limited on the first floor of the Belmont building, room 103. The address is 37-DL Jagmohandas Marg, right along Nepean Sea Road. It’s a well-known part of town, and being on the first floor makes it easy to get to without waiting forever for the elevator. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We have some desks, some storage, and a lot of paperwork. Nepean Sea Road is usually quite busy with traffic, so there is always a background hum of cars while we work. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just running the pharmacy business and keeping things in order. It’s a small operation, so everyone has to do a bit of everything. Sometimes the delivery guys get confused by the entrance, but they find us eventually. We try to stay on top of the inventory and the orders as they come in. It can get a bit hectic when several things happen at once, but we usually figure it out. The building is older, which gives it some character, though the pipes sometimes make funny noises. We’ve grown used to the quirks of the place. Being in this part of Mumbai means things are always moving fast around us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a decent place to spend the workday and we have got a good routine going.
