We are based on the 4th floor of Laxmi Towers, specifically in the B Wing at Plot No. C-25. It’s a different vibe from the ground-floor factories because we’re up in an office building. The elevators can be a bit slow in the morning when everyone is trying to get to work at the same time. Once you’re inside our office, it’s mostly rows of desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. We spend a lot of our time on phone calls or looking at spreadsheets. It’s a clean space, unlike the oily workshops nearby, but it has its own kind of stress with all the regulations and paperwork we have to handle. Being on the 4th floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding industrial area, which is mostly just rooftops and water tanks. The breakroom is where we all gather for lunch, and there’s usually a bit of a wait for the microwave. We work on the pharmaceutical side of things, so there’s a lot of focus on details and documentation. It can feel a bit repetitive, checking the same forms over and over, but it’s necessary work. We leave the heavy lifting to the plants, while we manage the logistics and the data from here. It’s a professional atmosphere, but we still keep things pretty informal among ourselves. Usually, we're just trying to get through the pile of tasks before the weekend hits.
