Niwin Life Sciences

Niwin Life Sciences is based in the Rane Industrial Estate at No. 3. This is in the Andheri East part of the city. It’s a very busy industrial patch. There are lots of other companies around us, mostly doing manufacturing or storage. Our place is quite functional. We have a small office area and a larger space for keeping our life sciences products and supplies. It’s not a flashy place at all. The building is made of concrete and can get pretty warm in the afternoons. We have some big fans to keep the air moving. Our daily routine involves checking inventory, packing orders, and dealing with a lot of paperwork. We aren't a huge team. It’s just a handful of us making sure everything goes where it needs to go. The industrial estate has its own rhythm. You see the same delivery drivers every day. Andheri East traffic can be a real struggle, so we try to get our shipments out early to avoid the worst of it. We don't have a fancy lobby with a fountain or anything like that. We just have our desks and our storage racks. It’s a busy, practical environment. We’ve been here for a while and we know the layout of the estate like the back of our hands. We just focus on getting the work done and keeping our orders moving. It is a lot of logistics, but we manage to stay on top of it.
