We’ve been here at 207, Nadiadwala Market for a long time now. If you know Poddar Road, you know how busy it gets around here. Our office at Himachal Terepene Products Pvt. Ltd. isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get things done. We deal with terpene stuff, which is basically what we've always known. Most days are spent talking to suppliers or checking on orders coming in. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, really. Sometimes the market gets so loud it’s hard to hear anything, but that’s just how it is. We aren't trying to be some big corporate giant. We just handle our business and make sure the orders go out when they should. People come in and out, the tea guy stops by, and we keep moving through the list of tasks. It's a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. Whether it's helping with a delivery or answering the same questions on the phone, we just keep at it. The office is a bit cramped with all the files and samples, but it works for us. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is mostly just word of mouth and people who have known us for years. We like it that way. It keeps things simple.
