Our office is located in Sandoz House, which is part of the Shivsagar Estate on Dr. Annie Besant Road. It’s a well-known spot in this part of the city, and many people recognize the building when they pass by. We are Novartis India, and even though the name is big, the daily life here is mostly about people sitting at desks and working through various tasks related to the healthcare and medicine field. It is a professional environment, but it still feels like a place where real work gets done. The view outside is busy, but inside we are focused on the data and the logistics of what we do. We don't spend our time writing flowery descriptions about ourselves. It is more about the practical side of making sure things are running correctly in the Indian market. The staff here comes from all over, and we just try to keep things organized. It gets busy during the middle of the week, and there is always plenty of coffee being drank while we go through our files. We have been in this location for a long time, and it has become a staple of our identity. We aren't trying to sound like a brochure, we are just a large group of people working in a famous building, trying to manage a lot of moving parts every single day. That is the reality of our office life here.
