Mahida & Sons

We are located at No. 52 Zakaria Masjid Street in the Dongri area. It’s an old part of the city and the streets are very narrow and crowded. Our name is Mahida & Sons, and we’ve been operating from this same building for a long time. The street is always full of people and the smells of the local food stalls nearby. Inside, our space is quite cramped because we have so many things stored on the shelves. We don't have a big fancy office or a lobby. It’s just a counter and a lot of inventory behind it. The walls are a bit stained from years of use, and the ceiling fan wobbles a little, but it keeps the air moving. Dongri is a place where everyone knows their neighbors, so we spend a good part of the day just chatting with people who walk by the shop. Zakaria Masjid Street is especially busy during the festival seasons, and we often have to work late into the night. We don't have a website or a marketing department. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for the day to start. It’s a very traditional way of doing things, passed down through the family. We just focus on our daily tasks and making sure we stay organized in the middle of all the street chaos. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know best in this part of town.
