Zaina Interior & Architecture Hub

Our place is in Nerul, Sector 20. It’s on the first floor of Vinayak Apartment. It’s a straightforward setup. We have some tables for drawing and a few computers. Being in Navi Mumbai means we see a lot of new buildings going up all the time. We work on interiors and some architecture stuff too. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays pretty calm. We start our day early, usually with some coffee and a look at the to-do list. There are always drawings to finish or phone calls to make to the site supervisors. It’s not a flashy office. We have shelves filled with material samples and old files from previous projects. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is close. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood—kids playing or people heading to the market. We like being part of the local scene here in Nerul. If a client comes in, we just sit at the main table and go over the plans. No fancy presentations, just honest talk about what fits where. The apartment building is a bit older, which we don't mind. It feels more like home than a corporate tower. We’ve been here long enough that the security guard knows us by name. It’s just our little hub for getting things done. We keep things simple and focus on the drawings.
