We are located at Brij-Kunj, which is on Plot No. 220-229 along the R.S.C -1-B Road in Gorai 1, Borivali West. B. T. Rawat Architect & Planning Consultant is a place where we spend our days looking at drawings and maps. We are right opposite the Ganaraj building, which is a big local landmark that helps people find us. Borivali is a busy suburb, and our office is right in the middle of a residential area where things are always being built or renovated. When you walk into our office, you will see a lot of blueprints spread out on big tables and plenty of pencils and rulers lying around. We aren't a massive architectural firm with hundreds of staff. It is just a small, dedicated group of us who enjoy planning out spaces and helping people figure out how to use their land better. We do a lot of the technical stuff like planning and consulting, which involves a lot of reading through rules and regulations. It is not always the most exciting work, but it is important. We have been in Gorai for quite a while and we have seen many of the houses around here being built from the ground up. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks to get clients; mostly, people just come to us because they saw our sign or their neighbor told them about us.
