Zain In Chocos

You can find Zain In Chocos over in Mahalaxmi Garmal. We are up on the 6th floor in the B Wing of Almas Apart. It’s not your typical shop front on the street where people just wander in. We work out of a small unit here. Most of our day is spent tempering chocolate and packing boxes for orders. Since we are on the 6th floor, we don't get walk-in customers like a regular store. Most people call us or send a message first, and then we get things ready for them. The elevator in the building is sometimes slow or out of service, so we spend a lot of time waiting for deliveries to go down. The space is a bit cramped with all the ingredients and the packing materials stacked up to the ceiling. We try to keep things organized, but when we have a big order, boxes end up everywhere. It’s a family-run thing, so there’s always someone around the kitchen counter helping out. We don't have a big corporate office or a marketing team to handle things. It’s just us making sure the chocolate tastes right and the boxes are taped shut properly. Mahalaxmi is a busy area, but up here in the B Wing, it’s mostly quiet except for the sound of our mixer running. We’ve had a few spills and messy days where everything goes wrong, but we just clean up and keep going. It’s a simple business run from an apartment building.
