Rajesh Foods is located at 13, Vihar Kunj, right on Hanuman Lane in the Kali Chowk area of Kalbadevi. If you've ever been to Kalbadevi, you know how crowded and narrow the lanes can get. It’s always full of people and carts and scooters. We’ve been in this spot for a long time. The building itself is an older one, but it has a lot of character. We spend our days handling all the food-related business that comes through here. It smells like a lot of different things depending on what’s moving that day. We don't have a fancy showroom. It’s mostly just us in the back making sure everything is sorted and ready to go. I usually start the day with a quick talk with the guys to see what needs to be delivered. We don't do any big promotions or anything like that. Most of our customers have been with us for years and they know where to find us in Hanuman Lane. It’s a busy, noisy place to work, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. It feels like we are right in the middle of everything. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work. It’s a simple operation, really. We just try to get the orders right and keep things moving in this busy part of town. That’s our day, every single day, and we wouldn't change it.
