Cadbury India Ltd

We are operating out of Flat No. 11 in the Jal-Sanidhya Society. This is located on Abdul Ghaffarkhan Road in the Worli area of Mumbai. It is a bit different from what you might expect for a company like Cadbury India Ltd, as this is a residential society rather than a big chocolate factory. Being in Worli means we are right in the heart of the city, with the sea not too far away and the constant hum of Mumbai traffic outside. The society is an older building, and our space is basically an apartment that has been converted for administrative use. We have a few desks set up and some filing cabinets along the walls. It is a small team working here, mostly handling paperwork and local coordination. The view from the windows is just the other buildings and the street below, but it feels very much like a real part of the neighborhood. We don't have a big lobby or a flashy entrance. You just come up the stairs or the lift like you’re visiting a neighbor. Working in a flat makes the day feel a bit more relaxed than a typical office tower. We keep our own hours and try to stay on top of all the tasks that come through. It is a practical way to have a presence in Mumbai without being in a crowded commercial hub. Most people in the society know who we are and we’ve become part of the daily life here at Worli.
