You can find Yrr Tex Fab over in Lower Parel, right on Senapati Bapat Marg. We are located in the Kewal Industrial Estate, which is one of those old-school Mumbai work hubs. Our units are 254 and 255 in the B-Wing. If you’ve ever walked through an industrial estate in this part of town, you know exactly what it’s like. There are heavy doors, goods lifts that stay busy all day, and the sound of machines or people moving crates everywhere. It’s definitely not a polished office building. We’ve got rolls of fabric stacked up against the walls and light coming in from the high windows. Working in Lower Parel means we are right in the middle of the old textile heart of the city, even if things have changed a lot with all the new malls nearby. We still do things the traditional way, focusing on the fabrics and getting the textures right. The space is a bit dusty sometimes because of all the cloth fibers, but that’s just part of the job. There isn’t much room for a fancy lounge, so we usually just have our meetings standing up or sitting on stools around the main cutting table. It’s a bit of a maze in the B-Wing, but once you find 254, you’re in the right place. It’s just honest work in a noisy, busy part of Mumbai. We’ve been here for years and the routine hasn't changed much.
