My name is Yatin Powle and I run things from 54 New Gajanan Chs. I'm in the C Wing, right on S V Road in Borivali West. It's a residential building, so it’s a bit quieter than a main street shop. I've lived and worked around Borivali for most of my life. This place is basically my home office where I handle all the paperwork and client calls. I do a bit of everything depending on what's needed that week. Sometimes it's consulting, other times it's just helping people with their administrative tasks. Being in a Chs means I know all my neighbors, and some of them are actually my clients too. It’s a very local way of doing things. I don't have a big sign outside or a front desk. People usually just call me or drop by if they know I'm in. The C Wing is usually pretty peaceful, except in the evenings when the kids are playing outside. S V Road is just a short walk away, so I can get to the station quickly if I need to meet someone. I prefer working this way because it keeps the costs low and I can take my time with people. I don't have any employees, it’s just me. Living in a housing society like New Gajanan means there’s always someone to talk to in the hallway. I’ve seen kids grow up and move away while I’ve been working from this C Wing office. My desk is right by the window, so I can see the traffic on S V Road. It gets loud during rush hour, but I don't mind it. It makes me feel like I’m still part of the city. I like keeping things on a personal level.
