Xtrovertz.Com is based over on Thakurdwar Road, right near Charni Road in Mumbai. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy this area gets. There’s always people moving and something happening outside our door. Our space isn't huge, but it works for what we need. We spend most of our time at our computers or on our phones. It’s a small team here, and we’ve been in this spot for a while now. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We’re just a group of people working together in a crowded city. The noise from Thakurdwar Road is pretty much constant, but we’ve gotten used to it. It’s part of the charm of being in this part of town. We don't use a lot of fancy words to talk about our work. We just get on with it. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, and other days are a bit slower. We aren't trying to be the next big thing, we just want to do our jobs right. Being close to Charni Road station makes it easy for us to get around. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. It’s just a practical workspace where the real work happens. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized amidst the chaos of the city. It’s a simple, local business through and through. We usually grab lunch from the street vendors nearby and then get back to our desks for the afternoon.
