WTRC RUBBER PRIVATE LIMITED

We operate WTRC Rubber Private Limited from a small spot in Shivaji Kutir, down the second lane on LBS Marg in Kurla. If you know Kurla, you know it’s a busy, industrial kind of place with a lot of noise. Our work involves a lot of rubber materials. It isn't the cleanest job in the world. There is usually a bit of a smell of raw materials in the air and the machines can get pretty loud during the day. We spend most of our time measuring, cutting, and getting things ready for customers who need specific rubber parts. It’s hot in the workshop, especially during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. We don't have a big HR department or a fancy breakroom. We usually just sit on some crates and have our lunch together when we have the time. The space is a bit cramped because of all the stock we have to keep, but we know where everything is. LBS Marg is always jammed with traffic, so getting things in and out can be a real headache sometimes. We just deal with it as it comes. It is a family-style environment where everyone knows what their job is. We aren't here to win any awards for decor. We just want to make sure the orders are right and the customer gets the parts we send out to them on time. It's tough work but someone has to do it.
