Cachet Pharmaceuticals is located in the Shah and Nahar Industrial Estate. If you know Worli, you know how hectic Dr E Moses Road can get during the rush hour. It is a lot of cars and people moving fast. Our unit is number 415. This place has that old Mumbai industrial feel to it. It isn't shiny or new, but the walls have some history. We have been working in the pharma side of things for a good bit of time. The office is usually filled with the sound of fans whirring and people talking over each other. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons but we manage. Most of us take the train and then a bus or a cab to get here. The estate itself is like a little maze if you are not used to it. We have our own rhythm here. We are not trying to change the world or anything, just doing the job we are supposed to do. Sometimes we stay late when there is a big shipment or some paperwork that needs finishing up. There is a small tea stall just outside the gate where most of the guys go for a break. It is a plain kind of life, really. No big corporate retreats or anything like that. Just 415 in a big block of other offices, doing pharmaceutical work every single day. We try to keep things organized but it is a busy spot.
