Our office is located at Shiv Sagar Estate, right on Dr. A. B. Road in Worli. We are in Block A on Level 1. Worli is a busy place, and being near the sea means we get a bit of a breeze sometimes, though usually we’re just looking at the traffic. We’re a division of Anovaa Pharma, but here at Astral, we mostly focus on our own specific tasks. It’s a professional enough setup, but we don’t go overboard with the decor. It feels like a place where people actually work. There are files everywhere and the phones are usually busy. We’ve been here for a while, and we’ve seen businesses come and go in this estate. We just keep doing our thing. The staff is a mix of people who have been in pharma for decades and some younger folks just starting out. We don’t have a big HR department making us do team-building exercises. We just work together and get along. It’s a practical environment. We handle the pharmaceutical side of things as best as we can. We aren't trying to sound like a multinational giant, even if the address sounds a bit prestigious. It’s just us in an office in Worli, doing what we know how to do. Sometimes the rain gets heavy and leaks a bit near the window, but we just put a bucket down and keep on working.
