We run this courier spot out of the Panchsheel Building in Mulund West. You can find us right next to the Hdfc Bank on Devi Dayal road. It is a convenient location for people to drop off their packages while they are out doing errands. The office is usually full of boxes and envelopes piled up everywhere. We spend a lot of time weighing stuff and sticking labels on things. It can get pretty chaotic when the delivery trucks arrive. We have a couple of guys who handle the local routes and then the bigger stuff goes out by the evening. The floor is always a bit dusty from the cardboard. We do not have a fancy waiting area or anything. Just a counter and some pens that sometimes work and sometimes do not. People in the neighborhood know us well. They come in with all sorts of things they need to send across the country or just to the next suburb. We try to get things out as fast as we can. Traffic in Mulund can be a real headache, so we have to plan the routes carefully. It is just a regular local business. We keep the doors open six days a week. It is hard work, especially when it rains, but we just get on with it. There is always another pile of parcels waiting to be sorted. Sometimes the tape dispenser gets stuck and we have to fix it, but that is just part of the day.
