Universal Worldwide Express

Our shop is number 13 on Village Road in the Samarth Nagar area. It is right in the middle of Bhandup West. We have been operating from here for quite some time, mostly handling all sorts of packages and deliveries. It is a small shop, and most of the time it is filled with scales, rolls of brown tape, and boxes waiting to be sent somewhere far away. We spend a lot of our time weighing things and filling out those long forms for shipping. It is a very busy little spot because it seems like everyone always has something they need to send out to their family or for work. We are not a massive global corporation with millions of planes; we are just the local guys who help you get your stuff moving. The street outside can get pretty narrow and very crowded with motorbikes, but we somehow manage to make it work. Sometimes the power goes out for a little while, and we just have to wait it out and talk to the neighbors. It is a very hands-on and physical job. We are usually covered in a bit of dust from all the cardboard by the time the day ends. We do not have a fancy waiting area, just a simple wooden counter where we talk to our customers. People in Samarth Nagar know us by name, and we know most of them too. We just try to get the packages out on time without making any big fuss. It is not a complicated business. We take your box and send it off.
