B Couriers & Mailer is located in Andheri East, specifically at R R Mourya Chawl 7. Operating out of a chawl gives our business a very different feel compared to the big offices nearby. It’s a tight space, and we are constantly surrounded by the sounds of the neighborhood. Children playing, neighbors talking, and the general hum of Andheri life are always in the background. We handle mail and small packages for people in the area and beyond. Our day is mostly about sorting through envelopes and making sure the addresses are readable. It’s a lot of manual work. We don't have high-tech sorting machines; we do it all by hand on a big wooden table. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult, especially when we have to keep the paper dry. We know all the people living in the chawl and they often stop by to say hello. It’s a very social way to run a business. We aren't a massive international shipping company. We are just a small local mail service trying to do a good job. The space is a bit cramped and we have to stack boxes carefully to make room for everyone to sit. It’s a simple life, but we like being right here in the heart of the community. We don't have much, but we have our routine and we stick to it.
